Building the leading women-only creator agency for premium brands.
Born from a simple belief.
Elevate & Empower Collective™ (Est. 2023) was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to build a sustainable income doing what they love.
We started as a community-first initiative to help everyday creators turn their social media presence into real, lasting income. Not just viral moments, but genuine financial freedom. Our founder saw too many talented creators struggling to monetize their influence, and too many brands missing out on authentic partnerships.
Founded and led by Anna Matacchiera-Hardmon, a woman-led house with deep roots in content creation and strategic marketing, Elevate & Empower Collective™ merges TikTok expertise with strategic creator partnerships to drive growth for both creators and brands. We believe in authenticity, aligned partnerships, and a rising-tide-lifts-all-boats mentality. Because when our community wins, everyone wins.

A Founder Profile
“I built the room I once needed. A place where women could access opportunities, partnerships, and a community of their own.”
“Now, I’m building the #1 women-only agency in creator commerce.”
Anna Matacchiera-Hardmon grew up between continents. The daughter of missionaries, she spent her childhood in Africa, homeschooled in the in-between hours, learning early that life rarely arrives in straight lines.
Her first jobs were in childcare. Nanny rooms, school pickups, other people’s family calendars. She knew the rhythm of building something for someone else, long before she built anything of her own.
Motherhood and financial hardship arrived together, the kind of pressure that quietly redraws a life. There was no inheritance, no investor on speed dial, no warm intro to a soft round of funding. There was a laptop, a newborn, and a stubborn belief that women deserved a better room to walk into.
Elevate & Empower Collective™ was built from that room, one client, one creator, one campaign at a time. Today it is a creator commerce ecosystem, a women-only network, and a community that elevates and empowers women in the entrepreneurial space.
Still founder-owned. Still bootstrapped. Still building.
Anna’s entrepreneurial journey began as a beauty blogger and content creator before building her own network marketing business and later transitioning into creative strategy. She then pivoted to scaling brands on TikTok Shop, where she served as project manager overseeing 10 shops before founding Elevate & Empower. Beyond brand partnerships, Anna is passionate about building community. She previously hosted the 6AM Club, a series of early morning calls focused on personal development and mindset growth for creators, and ran a blog dedicated to creator education. Today, she leads brand partnerships and creative direction while continuing her commitment to creator education through The Haute Society, the agency’s premium community for creators ready to build sustainable careers online.
“I built the Haute Society I needed when I was that woman.”
I Was Supposed to Be Rising.
There's the story they wanted me to tell. And there's the one I lived.
That's what they called the room I was in: a top-tier next level team in the beauty and wellness world. A circle of women told we were being elevated to the next level, when really we were being used as someone else's ladder.
I stood up to the leaders who were treating the women below them as recruiting numbers. I named what I saw. I was removed from the team for it.
That was the moment Elevate & Empower Collective™ was born.
Not as a business plan. As a refusal.
A refusal to believe that women building in business had to choose between climbing a hierarchy or being crushed by one. That success had to come at someone else's expense. That the price of being elevated was helping to push someone else down.
So I built the Haute Society I needed when I was that woman.
One where creators are courted, not recruited. Where brands are vetted, not pushed. Where every member of the collective, roster, community, team, is treated as the work, not a number in someone else's chain.
Elevate & Empower isn't a tagline. It's the floor everyone in this Haus stands on.
The Work Behind the Work.
There's the story of what built Elevate & Empower. And there's the story of what fuels it.
I grew up in Africa. My family were missionaries there, and I was raised homeschooled in a conservative Christian household. For over fourteen years, that continent was the only home I knew.
I am one of five children, with two brothers and two sisters, and the middle child of an Italian family. With more than a ten year gap between me and my older brother, much of my childhood felt like its own world. Our home in Africa was tucked behind a six foot brick wall with another three feet of electric fencing on top, and at one point we shared it with ten dogs. That was simply the texture of life there, the everyday rhythm I knew and loved.
Eventually we came back to the States, and I had to learn a country I barely knew.
The only work I ever did in America was working at a farm, and then childcare which consisted of two daycare centers, and then years as a private nanny. That was my entire professional resume when I had my first baby.
I married my husband the day before we delivered our son. He was laid off the day after. That is how unreliable the nine-to-five lifestyle can be, and that is where all of this started.
My husband relentlessly applied to hundreds of jobs every day. He got a new job but would work from sunup to sundown, and even then, we lived paycheck to paycheck. There was a summer we couldn't afford a box fan. It was over ninety degrees. I held our baby and asked myself how I was supposed to help provide for any of this with a childcare-only resume.
We were so behind on bills. We pulled food from pantries because we couldn't qualify for food stamps, my husband made one dollar over the limit. We sold my car to make rent. We couldn't afford furniture. Our bed and a couch were the only real pieces of furniture we owned.
So I used what I had. Creating had always been mine. I had spent years on social media and beauty blogging, and back when UGC was barely a word anyone used, I was already making content for brands for free, simply for the love of it. From a kitchen floor with a baby on my hip, I taught myself how to turn that thread into a craft. I became a UGC creator, then a TikTok Shop affiliate under an agency. One brand deal could pay more than my husband earned in a week working sunup to sundown, and that math changed everything for us.
That same agency eventually brought me on as their project manager. I ran ten TikTok Shop brands at once, kept creating as a creator on the side, and watched one of those shops go viral over a single weekend. That was the moment I understood, at the operator level, exactly what this industry could do when it was run with care.
Around that same season, my husband's job kept cutting his hours until it was no longer something a family could be built on, and he was already looking for his next move. I looked at him one night and asked him to trust me. To come build this with me instead. He did. We went all in, together, full time, and that is the moment Elevate & Empower Collective™ stopped being a side income and became the agency it is today.
I am not in that summer anymore.
But I built every part of this with that summer in mind. Every campaign. Every creator we sign. Every woman we welcome into The Haute Society by Elevate & Empower Collective™.
This work isn't about content. It's about what content can build, for the women doing it, and for the people they love.
Anna Matacchiera-Hardmon, Founder, Elevate & Empower Collective™
A quiet morning, on purpose.
Most mornings start the same. Coffee in my favorite mug. The bouclé couch. Three toddlers crawling into my lap before the sun is fully up. My husband in the kitchen, pulling breakfast croissants out of the oven for all of us.
The bills are paid. The fridge is full. Nobody is rationing anything. Nobody is doing math on what we can afford this week. That alone still undoes me some mornings.
I sit there and thank God. For this house. For these babies. For the man making breakfast. For the creators whose lives look different now because of this work, for the women inside The Haute Society by Elevate & Empower Collective™ rewriting what is possible for their own families.
And the truest part, the part I hold onto, is that this is only the beginning.
If any of this is yours, the rest of the work is waiting.
The principles we lead by.
Six quiet rules that shape every campaign, every creator we sign, and every woman we welcome into this house.
Lead with grace,
build with grit.
Soft in delivery, sharp in standard. We hold the room without raising our voice.
Excellence is the baseline
Boutique means handpicked. Every campaign, every creator, every detail earns its place.
Pour into others as we rise
The win isn't the win until it's lifting another woman, another family, another dream behind it.
Faith first,
hustle aligned.
We chase calling before we chase numbers. The numbers follow when the work is honest.
Build a life,
not just a brand.
Legacy over hustle. We build slow, steady, and intentionally, so the work serves the life, not the other way around.
Craft over clout
Trends fade. Craft compounds. We build work that holds up long after the algorithm moves on.
Creators get more opportunities.
Brands scale faster. Everyone wins.
The People
Meet the team.
A small, intentional team. Senior attention on every account, every creator, every detail.
What sets us apart.
Not another influencer marketplace. A boutique house built on real relationships, real strategy, and a track record inside the platforms that matter.
Boutique by Design
We stay intentionally small so every creator and brand gets senior attention, not a junior account manager and a templated deck.
Creator-First, Always
Most agencies treat creators as inventory. We treat them as partners, with transparent terms, fair pay, and long-term career building.
Hand-Vetted Network
No mass outreach, no random matches. Every creator on our roster is personally vetted for craft, professionalism, and brand alignment.
Built on TikTok Shop DNA
We were operators inside TikTok Shop before we were an agency, so our strategy is shaped by what actually converts, not theory.
